Charlotte Warren, Maine State Representative, Hallowell

Charlotte Warren represents Hallowell, Manchester, and West Gardiner in the Maine House of Representatives, and she serves as the House Chairperson for the Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety. Charlotte is also the owner and principal consultant of C. Warren Consulting Services, and she is an adjunct professor for University of New England Graduate School of Social Work.
