Community Women's Orchestra presents our Spring Gala Concert: Melodic Resistance
Join us for our Season 41 finale concert, Melodic Resistance! Featuring works by Grażyna Bacewicz, Ruth Gipps, and Beethoven's iconic Symphony No. 5, this concert explores the role of music as an expression of resistance during World War II.

About the Community Women's Orchestra: Now in our 41st concert season, CWO continues to fulfill our mission to create a welcoming environment engaging women in classical music. We have grown to more than sixty members, and are one of few all-women's orchestras in the United States.
Donations to CWO offer critical support for CWO and our mission of uplifting women in classical music. This includes music and instrument rentals, commissions of new pieces by female composers, coaching for our musicians, instrument rentals, reserving performance venues, and more.
