CA Young Democrats Chartering

Please send an email to chartering@cayoungdems.com with your ActBlue confirmation as well as the method of payment used for submitting chartering dues (EX// Club President paid with personal funds and is being reimbursed by Club -- include relevant FPPC # if applicable; Paid with Club Debit Card -- include relevant FPPC #).

Per CYD Bylaws, a chapter must have at least 10 members and chartering fees for all chapters annually are a base fee of $20 plus $1 per member.

High School Chapters: as a result of California's legal prohibition on individuals under the age of 18 making political contributions, CYD's Executive Board voted to waive all chartering fees for high school chapters who submit all necessary chartering documents and information, and that meet all other charter requirements with CYD.
