  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

Cypress & Summit PAC is an independent expenditure-only political committee (Super PAC). Contributions may be accepted in unlimited amounts from permissible sources. Contributions from foreign nationals, federal government contractors, national banks, and federally chartered corporations are prohibited. Contributions must be made in the contributor’s own name and with the contributor’s own funds.

Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
