Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Democratic Action are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Democratic Action are subject to the source prohibitions and amount limitations of federal law. Democratic Action may accept up to $5,000 per year from individuals and other federally permissible sources. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, foreign nationals, and other federally prohibited sources will not be accepted.
Individuals/Federal PACs: You may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to Democratic Action federal PAC. You may contribute an unlimited amount to DGA’s nonfederal account. By donating here, you agree that the first $5,000 of your contribution will be deposited in the Democratic Action federal PAC and anything in excess of that amount will be transferred to DGA’s nonfederal account. You may also designate a different allocation formula to DGA. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to the federal PAC. You may request a refund of the amount transferred to the nonfederal account in lieu of the transfer.
By donating to any DGA entity, you agree that your contribution may be used for campaign media spending and your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer may be reported to the Arizona Secretary of State. To opt out of having your donation so used, contact us at AZOptOuts@demgovs.org within 21 days of making this donation. A receipt confirming your decision to opt-out is available upon request.

The NJDSC has both federal and non-federal (state) accounts.
On this page, NJDSC is accepting contributions only from sources and in amounts that comply with federal and state law. NJDSC is accepting on this page up to $10,000 from individuals and other federally permissible sources, and $5,000 from multi-candidate PACs. NJDSC is not accepting on this page any contributions from corporations, labor organizations, or federal contractors.
Federal law prohibits the NJDSC from accepting into its federal account contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks and federal government contractors.
Federal law prohibits the NJDSC from accepting into any account contributions from foreign nationals. Individuals who have permanent U.S. residency (green cards) may contribute, however.
State law prohibits the NJDSC from accepting into its non-federal account(s) contributions from banks, insurance companies, public utilities, cable television companies, and any majority shareholder in such entities.
State law (The Casino Control Act) prohibits the NJDSC from accepting into its non-federal account(s) contributions from companies that hold or are applicants for a casino license, including any holding company or subsidiary of a casino licensee or applicant. Contributions from officers, directors, key employees of any such company are prohibited. In addition. contributions by members of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and its employees are barred.
It is illegal to reimburse any individual for a contribution to the NJDSC. It is illegal to receive a reimbursement for any contribution to the NJDSC.
Contributions or gifts to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
