Donate to Support DAGA's Legal Defense Fund

DAGA has established an AG Legal Defense Fund to be available for state Attorneys General who become the personal target of federal enforcement actions, civil or criminal, for which their government offices are not able to provide legal representation. This fund has been established out of concern that a federal administration may abuse its authority and target state Attorneys General personally who are challenging federal actions through their official duties as state Attorneys General.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions or gifts to the Democratic Attorneys General Association (“DAGA”) are not tax deductible. Contributions will be used at DAGA’s sole discretion to support its programs and activities.
