The Democratic Attorneys General Association has launched a legal defense fund to help defend Democratic Attorneys General and their staff who are targeted for political retribution by the Trump administration.


This fund will help defray the costs of legal attacks taken by the Trump administration against Attorneys General.


From AG Rob Bonta in California to AG Kathy Jennings in Delaware, all 23 Democratic Attorneys General have challenged the Trump administration when it has threatened our rights. Let's have their backs.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

Contributions will be used at DAGA’s sole discretion to support its programs and activities.
