LEGISLATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS STILL BENEFITING FLORIDIANS

• HB 45 (2022) – Educational Opportunities for Disabled Veterans Helped close gaps in federal G.I. Bill benefits for disabled veterans and military families.
• HB 13 (2022) – Property Tax Relief Expanded property tax relief for widows, widowers, blind residents, and permanently disabled Floridians.
• Increased certain property tax exemptions from $500 to $5,000.
• RESULTS THAT MATTER More than 110 bills sponsored and co-sponsored became state law.
• Delivered bipartisan results that continue to benefit Floridians today.
