Support Mecklenburg County Democrats

We are building a permanent, professional, and capable team that can energize Mecklenburg's infrequent voters and transform North Carolina's bluest county into an asset for Democrats from the State House to the White House. Over the last year, we've grown our presence in communities across the county, holding more events than every other county party in the state combined and recruiting thousands of volunteers. 

We need professional organizers to harness this new volunteer power. With experienced staff, we can train and deploy our volunteers to make one million voter contacts across the county, including knocking hundreds of thousands of doors, many times more than the 35,000 knocked in 2022. We're looking beyond Election Day and making long-term investments to create a political powerhouse in Mecklenburg. Together, we can build an enduring Democratic majority in North Carolina!
