Maine Public recently reported that deep-pocketed conservative PACs are already making Maine the target of huge dark money donations. A national PAC known for buying influence to seat conservative judges has found the strategy so effective that it is now turning its sights toward using dark money to bolster conservative social causes, including here in Maine.
This spring, they gave $50,000 to “For Our Future,” a Maine-based PAC that supports conservative candidates and causes. Maine Public warns that the donation warrants speculation that “...Maine politics could become further influenced by virtually untraceable cash.”

Your contribution will be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Contributions to this page cannot be from the funds of a corporation or labor organization.
If you are self-employed, please list the name of the entity on your paycheck.
