Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.

Contributions are not tax deductible. Election law requires us to publicly report cumulative contributions of $100 or more. An individual, union, political action committee, association, partnership, business, or corporation may contribute a maximum of $5,500 to the committee per election cycle. Contributions will be used to elect Dave Obrand to the California State Assembly (59th District).
The C.A. Political Reform Act (Proposition 34) places limits on contributions (including loans) to candidates for state office and imposes certain prohibitions. This request does not seek a contribution in excess of applicable limits from prohibited sources. Contribution from any one individual or entity in aggregate may not exceed $5,500 per election cycle, or $11,000 per election (Primary Election Cycle plus General Election cycle).
