Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Your contribution may be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Federal law also requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Contributions or gifts to the DCCC are not tax deductible.
An individual can contribute as much as $41,300 ($82,600 per couple) per calendar year to the DCCC's general fund for use at the DCCC's sole discretion. A multicandidate PAC can contribute as much as $15,000 per calendar year to DCCC’s general fund for use at DCCC’s sole discretion. All amounts in excess of this by individuals or PACs, up to the legal limits, will be for the DCCC's building account or recount and other legal proceedings account.
