Any video, recordings, photographs or other media of any kind generated during the virtual event shall be the sole property of the Campaign, and you irrevocably release the Campaign and anyone acting under its authorization from any and all liability or claims in connection with such usage. You understand and agree that the Campaign will proceed in reliance upon such grant and release and that such rights are therefore irrevocable and granted in perpetuity.


 

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Durbin Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Prairie PAC. The next $2,900/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Friends of Dick Durbin and designated for the 2026 primary election. The next $2,900/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Friends of Dick Durbin and designated for the 2026 General election.
