South Dakota Politicians Are Trying to Silence Voters. We’re Suing to Stop Them.

They changed the rules to silence you — we’re suing to stop them, and we’re out gathering signatures to take our power back.

Right now, our circulators are in the field collecting signatures for our Protect Democracy Constitutional Amendment — to stop the South Dakota Legislature from rigging the initiative process.

We’re also in a legal fight with John Hansen and state lawmakers over HB 1184 — the law that moved petition deadlines back three full months to block grassroots campaigns.

We’ve already beaten them in court twice. We need to raise $2,500 by August 15 to keep this campaign going — in the field, in court, and at the ballot box.
