Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Deluzio Ryan will be allocated as follows:
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement before the 2024 primary election for all participating candidates shall be as follows: The first $13,200 of each contribution from a person and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Chris Deluzio for Congress and Pat Ryan for Congress. The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $6,600/$10,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Yinzer PAC and Great Chain PAC.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement after the 2024 primary election for all participating candidates shall be as follows: The first $6,600 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Chris Deluzio for Congress and Pat Ryan for Congress. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Yinzer PAC and Great Chain PAC.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
