Contribution Levels:
$26,400 ($3,300 per candidate)
$20,000 ($2,500 per candidate)
$8,000 ($1,000 per candidate)
$4,000 ($500 per candidate)
$2,000 ($250 per candidate)
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Dem Senate Victory 2024 will be allocated as follows:
Contributions shall be split evenly between Bob Casey for Senate Inc, Montanans for Tester, Tammy Baldwin for Senate, Friends of Sherrod Brown, Rosen for Nevada, Kaine for Virginia, Gallego For Arizona, and Elissa Slotkin for Michigan. The first $26,400 of each contribution from an individual or non- multicandidate PAC and the first $40,000 from a multicandidate PAC will be designated for the primary election, unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election. The next $26,400 of each contribution from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC and the next $40,000 from a multicandidate PAC will be designated for the General election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jfa@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
