Join us for a fun-filled weekend full of liberal fellowship and inspiration as we start the march to 2024!
This year's Democrat Days will feature Keynote Speakers Randy Bryce and St Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones with remarks from Lucas Kunce!
On Friday, April 14th from 5:00-8:30 PM, we will have hospitality rooms, entertainment, a service project to benefit Women's Medical Respite, and informational booths for political and community organizations. The location for the Friday night activities will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Springfield, 2431 N. Glenstone Ave. Springfield, MO.
On Saturday, April 15th, at 8:00 AM the day will begin with the Breakfast at the DoubleTree. Featuring guest speakers Jess Piper, Elad Gross and Sarah Unsicker.
In addition to the meals of the day, there will be several seminars, trainings, and panels presented during the day to help make us better activists. These are free and open to all.
The noon Sponsors’ Luncheon, which will take place on-site at the DoubleTree this year and is included with your Sponsorship ticket. Our guest speaker will be announced soon!
There will be a Sponsor's Cocktail Reception at the DoubleTree followed by the Democrat Days of the Ozarks Banquet at 6:30 PM. At the Banquet, we will be joined by several Missouri Democratic elected officials and candidates, and a soon to be announced guest speaker!
TICKET DESCRIPTIONS
Gold Event Underwriter: Includes 8 Sponsor's Tickets, a full page color ad in the Program Book, and special recognition throughout the weekend. $5,000
Silver Event Underwriter: Includes 4 Sponsor's Tickets, a half page black & white ad in the Program Book, and special recognition throughout the weekend. $2,500
Bronze Event Underwriter: Includes 2 Sponsor's Tickets and special recognition throughout the weekend. $1,000
Sponsor's Ticket: Includes Breakfast, Sponsors' Luncheon, VIP Cocktail Reception, and prime seating at Banquet. $300
Donate a Banquet Ticket: Purchase a ticket to be given to someone that would like to attend, but cannot afford the cost. $100
Advocacy/Candidate Booth: Friday Night Only. An organization only distributing information and/or accepting donations. $25
Business Booth: Friday Night Only. Vendors with merchandise for sale. $100
