Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.

Contributions or gifts to Democracy Defenders PAC are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
You may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to Democracy Defenders PAC Contribution Account. You may contribute an unlimited amount to Democracy Defenders PAC Noncontribution Account. By contributing through this webpage, you agree that the first $5,000 of your contribution will be deposited in Democracy Defenders PAC Contribution Account and the remainder will be deposited into Democracy Defenders PAC Noncontribution Account. You may also designate a different allocation formula by contacting sdda@capcompliance.com. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to the Contribution Account.
Your contribution to Democracy Defenders PAC may be used to pay for campaign media spending or other campaign-related activities across the country. Democracy Defenders PAC is required by law to publicly disclose your donation on federal filings. In addition, depending on where your funds are used, Democracy Defenders PAC may be required to file public reports disclosing donor information with the appropriate state government entity. Specifically, the Arizona Citizens Clean Election Commission rules require that Democracy Defenders PAC report the identity of donors who contributed more than $5,000 of funds for campaign media spending. If you do not want your funds used or transferred for campaign media spending in that state, you may email sdda@capcompliance.com within 21 days of receiving this notice. A receipt confirming your choice will be provided upon request.
