Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Democracy Summer 2026 will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be split evenly between Janelle Bynum for Congress, Committee to Elect Jared Golden, Gillen for NY, Susie Lee for Congress, Kaptur for Congress, Maggie for Congress, Adam Gray for Congress, Josh Harder for Congress, Kristen for Michigan, Dave Min for Congress, Nellie Pou for Congress, Jamie Raskin for Congress, Chris Pappas for Congress, Josh Riley for Congress, Landsman for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, Vindman for Congress, Marie for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress, Don Davis for NC, Gabe Vasquez for Congress, Emilia Sykes for Congress, Vicente Gonzalez for Congress, April McClain Delaney for Congress, Mike Levin for Congress, Scholten for Congress (each herein a “Candidate Committee”), and Democracy Summer Leadership PAC. For contributions to each Candidate Committee, the first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000 of a person/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be designated for the general election, unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
