Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Democratic Majority Maker Fund - DCCC will be allocated as follows:
The first $44,300/$15,000 from a person/multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to the DCCC. The next $350,000/$175,000 from a person/PAC will be split equally among the following state Democratic parties, up to $10,000/$5,000 per party: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, DC, HI, IA, ID, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, PA, PR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VI, WA, WV, WY. The next $44,300 from a person/PAC will be allocated to the DSCC. The next $44,300 from a person/PAC will be allocated to the DNC. The next $265,800/$90,000 will be allocated to DCCC’s headquarters fund or recount and other legal proceedings fund at DCCC’s discretion, up to the legal limits. The next $265,800/$90,000 will be allocated to DSCC’s headquarters fund or recount and other legal proceedings fund at DSCC’s discretion, up to the legal limits. The remaining $398,700/$135,000 will be allocated to DNC’s headquarters fund, recount and other legal proceedings fund, or convention fund at DNC’s discretion, up to the legal limits.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting vogelt@dnc.org. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
