We stand for women’s and our LGBTQ communities rights to make their own healthcare choices. We stand for free and fair elections. We stand for you!
Now that it's 2023, we need your help to continue our efforts to find, support and elect Democrats here for local offices like School Board, Municipal, City, County and State legislative district positions. Our goal is to significantly increase this capability and success by incorporating data, working closely with our new ward chairs and structure and engaging and growing our registered democratic voters; currently well over 9,000.
We register new Democrats and Get Out The Vote via our messaging campaigns, web site, postcards, texts, phone calls, emails and local and virtual events. We are working towards data driven, ward level, deep targeted canvassing. We are actively engaged to ensure our local recently purchased regional hospital, GCRMC, maintains the current level of care that our members are accustomed to.
We respond to Republican lies and promote Democratic policies, values and truth. We spread our messages on social media and our web site: www.dpoc.org. We support local candidates, grassroots organizations, Mescalero tribal communities and maintain our office infrastructure. And we do all this on a dime!
