The Democrats United slate is composed of 7 incumbent At-Large Committeewomen and 7 incumbent At-Large Committeemen, formed under the leadership of the current DC Dems' Chair, Charles Wilson. Each of the members joined the slate to continue the important work of DC Dems, ranging from advocating for DC Statehood to weighing in on important legislation that impacts DC residents.
DC Voting Rights! The District of Columbia is the only political and geographical entity within the United States of America. Their citizens bear the responsibilities of citizenship, including taxation, War Casualties, and Selective Service registration, without sharing in the full rights and privileges of citizenship. There are nearly 700,000 DC residents who deserve to have their congressional representative cast a vote on the house floor, and two senators weigh in on appointments.
