Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to DEMS WIN will be allocated as follows:
Subject to the contribution limits, the first $10,000 of each contribution from a person, and the first $10,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate PAC (“PAC”) will be split evenly between Dems Win US contribution account and Dems Win PA contribution account. Dems Win US and Dems Win PA contribution accounts may each receive up to $5,000 for the current calendar year from all federally permissible sources. Any amount that would exceed the contribution limits of Dems Win US and Dems Win PA contribution accounts shall then be equally distributed to the non-contribution accounts of Dems Win US and Dems Win PA.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jorge@tmwcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
