Contributions or gifts to Derek Tran for Congress are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Derek Tran for Congress may accept up to $3,300 per election ($6,600 per election cycle) from individuals and other federally permissible sources and up to $5,000 per election ($10,000 per election cycle) from federal multicandidate PACs.
