Devon Watkins is a Registered Nurse, mother of two, and proud Noblesville resident running for City Council District 1. 


Devon is raising her young children here and considers Noblesville her family’s forever home. Devon understands the importance of responsible growth, walkable communities, healthy citizens, and protecting the quality of life that makes Noblesville special.


With a career caring for children and families, Devon brings compassion, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to serving others to the table. She is running to help build a Noblesville where every citizen can feel safe, supported, and proud to call Noblesville home.
