Donations will be divided equally between Crete Township Democratic Candidates, the Homer Township Democratic Organization, the Frankfort Township Democrats, the Monee Township Democratic Organization, and the New Lenox Township Democratic Organization.

- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Paid for by the Monee Township Democratic Organization. A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available on the Board’s official website (www.elections.il.gov) or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois.
