DemoFest 2022 Sponsorship
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, tickets to these events will be limited to ensure participant safety and social distancing. Further public health guidance will be provided prior to the event.
Sponsorship Levels:
Sunflower Sponsor - Includes 1 Luncheon Ticket, 1 Banquet Ticket (both with preferred seating), 1 VIP Reception Ticket
Flint Hills Sponsor - Includes 10 Luncheon Tickets, 10 Banquet Tickets, 2 VIP Tickets
Tallgrass Sponsor - Includes 10 Luncheon Tickets, 10 Banquet Tickets, 5 VIP Tickets
Free State Sponsor - Includes 10 Luncheon Tickets, 10 Banquet Tickets, 10 VIP Tickets
Ad Astra Sponsor - Includes 10 Luncheon Tickets, 10 Banquet Tickets (both with preferred seating), 10 VIP Tickets
Tickets may be redeemed at the Registration Table at DemoFest between 4pm and 8pm on Friday, August 19th and between 7:00am and 7:30pm on Saturday, August 20th.
Since your sponsorship includes multiple tickets, you will be contacted by email to provide the names of your guests, or you may provide them by email to josh@kansasdems.org.
Specific event requirements will be announced closer to the event. This may include, but is not limited to: symptom screening, proof of vaccination, proof of medical exclusion, and/or <24 hour negative test. These protocols will be dictated by the state of the pandemic. Updates on these policies can be found at www.kansasdems.org/demofest2022.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
