Frances Jackson is a Cumberland County raised candidate who has 27 years of service in local and state government. Currently, she is a middle school social studies teacher and adjunct in Political Science at a community college.
Her years of experience are in thoroughfare, transit, community and land use planning. She has served on community boards such as the Cumberland County ABC, and Hope Mills Zoning Commission. She is a candidate to be the voice for NC Educators, and for those who are marginalized.
