All proceeds from the art auction are in support of Donna Deegan for Mayor and Donna for Duval and must adhere to these guidelines: (1) the donation of the artwork for the auction is an in-kind contribution from the artists (valued at fair market value) and must be reported; and, (2) the full sale price of the artwork is a contribution from the person buying the artwork and must be reported. The maximum contribution amount to Donna Deegan for Mayor is $1,000 per person or entity. Contributions in any amount are accepted by Donna for Duval. Contributions to Donna Deegan for Mayor and Donna for Duval are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
