  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. The maximum amount an individual, corporation, or PAC may contribute is $3,000 per election.
