SECOND ANNUAL GOLF FUNDRAISER


June 29, 2025

Noon to 4:00 pm


Hole Sponsorship $500 

Can be a full , half, or quarter sponsorship,

and will be acknowledged by a sign carrying

sponsor names, positioned at each Tee Box.


The following include four golfers, two carts and lunch)


GOLD Sponsorship $2500

SILVER Sponsorship $1500

BRONZE Sponsorship $750


Your sponsorship will be prominently displayed at the welcome table. Additionally, for Hole Sponsors, signs will be displayed at your respective hole; and for Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors, prominent signage will be displayed along the course.

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
