Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- Virginia: This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Your contributions in support of state entities in Virginia are made to ActBlue Virginia, a state political committee, and do not constitute earmarked contributions. Final responsibility for distribution of these funds lies with ActBlue Virginia's governing board.
Contributions to Friends of Mark Warner are limited to $6,600 per individual ($3,300 for the primary election and $3,300 for the general election) and federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute $10,000 ($5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election). Spouses (including legally married same-sex couples) may contribute $13,200 ($6,600 each) by one check drawn from a joint account and signed by both individuals.
A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois.

Contributions to Bob Casey for Senate are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
An individual or multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,300/$5,000 for the recount period. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
Under federal election law individuals may contribute a maximum of $3,300 for the general election. Under federal election law PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,000 for the general election. Federal law also requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to “Bob Casey for Senate” are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Only personal, partnerships, and political action committee checks please, we are unable to accept any corporate funds.
