Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Dina Titus Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to Titus for Congress for the 2024 General Election. The next funds up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multicandidate Federal PAC will be allocated to the Nevada State Democratic Party and any remaining funds up to $5,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to Democrats Time in Nevada.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jennifer@nextlevelpartners.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
