Dine-In & Chat with Tran at Jade Cafe

Join me for an evening of good food and honest conversation in District 2.

On Saturday, July 25th, from 5 to 7 PM, I'll be at Jade Cafe, a local, immigrant-owned restaurant family-run since 1988. Nearly four decades in business isn't luck. It's a family showing up every day, through a pandemic, rising costs, and a changing economy, because this is their home too. Owner Phu Nguyen will join me to share what it's really taken to build and sustain that business, and I want to hear from you: what's working in our district, what isn't, and what you want to see change.

As a thank-you: complimentary appetizers and refreshments, plus 10% off dine-in orders, just mention "Tran for Two" from 5–7.

District 2 is at its best when neighbors, small businesses, and local leadership sit down together.

I hope to see you there.
