Diversity Initiative Fund

The Diversity Initiative Fund was established by four graduates of Dublin Scioto High School as a way to provide educational access to those who are underrepresented in higher education as well as their prospective career fields.


We aim to provide scholarships to minority graduates of need who are seeking a degree that will tangibly benefit their communities. This could include teaching, nursing, law enforcement, or even STEM degrees that can be shown to directly impact their community, among others.


The four founders will be personally guaranteeing an annual scholarship to a graduate of Dublin Scioto High School for $2,000. 100% of the donations received will be going directly to scholarship funds, with administrative costs being taken care of by organizers of the scholarship. As the Fund grows, we will be actively seeking to create additional scholarships and opportunities by partnering with suggested schools and donors.
