The exploratory committee account is the same candidate committee account used by the campaign after filing for office with the DE Department of Elections (available beginning in early 2026), subject to the same contribution limits ($1200 per person per election). The first campaign finance reports are due in January 2026; all contributions over $100 must be reported to the DE Department of Elections.
Checks may be made payable to “Friends of Dwayne J Bensing” and mailed to 1223 N. Tatnall St., Wilmington DE 19801.
