Contribute now to take back the Senate

Goal thermometer

We're in a crisis: Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy just announced his retirement. That means Donald Trump will have the chance to replace him with a far-right ideologue in the mold of Neil Gorsuch, putting a majority of five extremist conservatives on the court.

And that means the Supreme Court will be able to do even more damage than it already has. It'll be able to end all affirmative action, eliminate the Voting Rights Act, and even overturn Roe v. Wade—abolishing the right to an abortion.

Right now, we need Democrats to do everything in their power to prevent this disaster, even if that means shutting down the Senate. After all, Mitch McConnell set the precedent that no justices should be confirmed to the Supreme Court in an election year.

But no matter what, we still need to take back the Senate this fall, to stop Trump from stocking the court with even more awful justices. And it's not just the Supreme Court—Trump's filled federal courts at all levels with his minions. If we control the Senate, we can block those, too.

So please, give $3 right now to help Democrats take back the Senate and stop Trump from further destroying our judicial system.
