GOP lawmakers are behind voter suppression laws in North Dakota, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia ... well, name a state. Republicans in state legislatures across the country have spent the better part of a decade pushing measures targeting voters of color, college students, and other groups who tend to cast their ballots for Democrats.
It's time to stop voter suppression where it starts: at the state legislative level. We can do this by stripping Republicans of their majorities in statehouses.
