Donate to help support progressive Raph Graybill for Montana Attorney General

Democratic attorneys general have been at the front lines of the resistance, fighting back against his worst policies in court. That's why Daily Kos is proud to endorse Montana's Democratic candidate for Attorney General, Raph Graybill. 

Graybill is a prime candidate to add to the ranks of progressive and activist Attorneys General. He has served as Gov. Steve Bullock's chief attorney, and intends to make the transition to defending the state. 

As Bullock's legal counsel, Graybill defended the state's strong sunshine laws against the Trump administration's effort to shield some non-profits from disclosing donor names. He also drove Montana's push to be the first state in the nation to enforce net neutrality rules, has been instrumental in standing up to the Trump administration to keep public lands public, and fought hard to make sure that every registered voter in Montana received a mail-in ballot to safely cast their ballots in November's election.
