In 2018, only 32,000 voters separated Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and his Democratic opponent. Since that election, DeSantis has been a disaster for the people of Florida and is a growing threat for the rest of the country.
Floridians deserve a governor who values science, believes in democracy, cares about the environment, and protects our democracy and the fundamental right to vote.
We must build a multi-cultural, multilingual and multi-generational movement to educate and empower communities to build a more progressive Florida.
Daily Kos has teamed up with a number of Florida-based organizations with a demonstrated commitment to mobilizing hard-to-reach, often marginalized communities that make up a critical bloc of the Democratic coalition.
