Florida Democrats have been getting their mojo back, winning a huge upset in the Jacksonville mayor's race earlier this year and overperforming in another special election. We can keep that resurgence going and set ourselves up for more success next November, when Joe Biden will be hoping to put Florida's electoral votes in play—and when we'll have the chance to oust the odious Rick Scott.
