With power outages, clogged transportation, and damage to homes and offices, progressive candidates in the northeast and mid-atlantic face new challenges getting Democratic voters to the polls.

We can’t change the weather, but we can give these candidates the extra resources they now need to turn out voters under these challenging conditions.
