The GOP tax plan paid for tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires, but it added $1.5 trillion to the deficit. Now that the bills are due, Trump and Ryan want to balance the budget on the backs of working families.
How? They proposed cutting $7 billion in CHIP funding, which provides healthcare coverage for 8.9 million kids.
