All funds solicited are by Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee and not by any federal candidate or officeholder.
DLCC is asking for only $5,000 from federally permissible sources, such as individuals. DLCC is not asking for funds in excess of federal limits or from federally prohibited sources, such as corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals.
