Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
You may make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to MoveOn.org Political Action's Contribution Account. Individual contributions will be allocated as follows: $5,000 per calendar year to a bank account that operates as a Federal PAC, and the remainder to the Non-Contribution Account of the PAC.
By contributing on this page, I certify that:
(1) my funds may be used for Campaign Media Spending in Arizona, as defined by the 2022 Voters’ Right to Know Act;
(2) information about my contribution may be reported under Arizona campaign finance law to a state or local government authority for disclosure to the public;
(3) my contribution is from my own funds – Original Monies and not from Traceable Monies, as defined by the Act;
