We can defeat climate change while creating good paying, labor union jobs.
Last month, when I joined Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh, elected officials, union leaders, environmental advocates, and others for the groundbreaking of the New Jersey Wind Port - we outlined the economic future for working families throughout our country.
This port is a first-in-the-nation infrastructure investment that will provide a location for essential assembly and manufacturing activities related to offshore wind projects on the East Coast.
That means good paying, environmentally conscience jobs that will help our planet recover while putting money in the pockets of hardworking Americans.
That's how we build back better.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
