The PAC for America’s Future powers the electoral work of the The States Project.
Contributions or gifts to The PAC for America’s Future are not tax deductible. Contributors should fill out all fields in the contribution form, including name, residential address, occupation, employer name, and employer's city/state. If self-employed, please list the name through which you do business in the “employer” field. Federal law imposes taxes and penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose required information to the IRS. The PAC for America’s Future files public reports disclosing its contributors with the IRS and states in accordance with state election laws.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
The first $5,000 that you contribute in a calendar year will go to The PAC for America’s Future’s $5,000-and-under Contribution Account. Once a contributor has contributed $5,000 in a calendar year to that Contribution Account, The PAC for America’s Future will transfer any amounts given in excess of $5,000 to The PAC for America’s Future’s nonfederal account. Please contact us at info@statesproject.org if you have any questions or would like a different allocation. Under federal law, The PAC for America’s Future cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals.
