DOLP Trivia Night

Come join us at Trivia Night and help us raise funds for our club activites.

We are planning several community events this year including a community picnic & School Supply Drive and we intend to expand our Holiday Gift (Adopt A Neighbor) program for kids that would otherwise have a less than happy holiday. We helped 10 families last year and we want to double that at least this year.

We need to raise funds for these programs as well as other important club activities. Please help us out.

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
