With a second Trump term on the horizon, we don’t know what the future holds for our country, and that is unsettling. But we do know that Arena will be here to help build it. Arena was born in the crucible of the 2016 election and served as an incubator for the ideas, leaders, and organizations that met that moment. We offered a space where thinkers and doers and donors could come together to breathe new life and vitality into our democracy. And we will do that again.

We’ve already started the process of building for the future, and we’re going to need your help to pull it off. Here’s what we have planned:

First, we’re supporting the candidates we helped win. Arena-trained staff powered scores of winning races this election cycle, and these Democratic leaders will be more important than ever in a new Trump era. 

Second, we’re launching the Arena Job Search Accelerator to keep top tier Democratic talent in the fight. Thousands of campaign staff are out of work because their campaigns have ended. The Job Search Accelerator gives them the training and connections they need to stay in the Arena and keep fighting for our shared values. 

And third, we’re recruiting and training the new organizers we will need to push back against Trump. It’s going to take thousands of new organizers coast to coast to help us defend our democracy come January. We’ve built big, diverse, organizing coalitions before and we are ready to do it now.
