Silver State Voices (SSV) is a 501(c)(3) organization that is part of the State Voices national network, a national leader in nonpartisan civic engagement. SSV believes that democracy works best and its outcomes are most just when the voices of all Nevadans are heard. SSV was formed with a mission to create a more robust democracy by increasing the civic participation of underrepresented communities in Nevada. Today, we are a strong coalition of 19 table partners, representing various communities and issues tied together in the fight to build a better Nevada.

SSV creates a space for our partners to have the means to develop and design programs around their priority issues. In the last five years, SSV and our coalition partners have successfully advocated for numerous voting rights policies, such as same-day voter registration, automatic voter registration, rights restoration, etc.
